HoodieQ is a brand established by Paul Art LLC, focusing on the design, development, and OEM/ODM of apparel and textile products.
HoodieQ’s primary manufacturing partner is Tex-Ray Industrial Co., Ltd., a leading Taiwan-based vertically integrated textile and apparel manufacturing group founded in 1978. With comprehensive capabilities spanning textile production, fabric development, garment manufacturing, and product integration, Tex-Ray has been serving customers in global markets for decades. Building on extensive industry experience and strong manufacturing expertise, the company continues to develop functional fabrics, innovative apparel, and smart wearable products, providing reliable and competitive manufacturing solutions to customers worldwide.
Paul Art LLC was established in California, USA, with a focus on integrating international resources and cross-border industry expertise to support the global development of the HoodieQ brand and its related products. The company was founded by Mr. Lin Wen Ten and operates within an international business structure that also includes PTAM Hong Kong, established in 1996, and Paul Art Co., Ltd. in Japan, established in 2024.
By combining Taiwan’s manufacturing expertise, Hong Kong’s international business experience, Japan’s design and market resources, and the United States’ brand and market presence, HoodieQ is committed to creating apparel products that combine quality, innovation, and a global perspective, while providing professional and dependable OEM/ODM and product development services to customers worldwide.

From yarn spinning and fabric weaving through to finished garment sewing, HoodieQ is vertically integrated across the whole process.
